MAN Study Sponsorship Scheme
Students showing outstanding performance during their period as a trainee or intern in a company of MAN may be recommended for the MAN Study Sponsorship Scheme by their professional mentor. The same applies to apprentices who successfully complete their training.
As part of the study counselling services, scholarship students are intensively prepared for their subsequent assignments at MAN and as a rule, are usually offered a contract of employment even before completing their studies.
The Study Sponsorship Scheme includes professional mentoring and in some cases also financial support. The basic requirements for acceptance are as follows.
- The applicant must study a subject relevant to MAN
- Above-average performance during a period of work experience or practical work as a student, or during apprenticeship at the MAN
- Above-average results in school-leaving exams
- Good to very good knowledge of English
- A firm intention to enter into a subsequent contract of employment with an MAN company
