Our Code of Conduct is binding worldwide. It builds on the MAN Group’s Guiding Principles, laying down important basic rules and minimum standards.
MAN does not tolerate illegal or irregular conduct and encourages its employees—as well as its customers, suppliers and other business partners—to use the required sources of information and advice in order to avoid breaching rules and regulations.
